I would like to acknowledge that I practice on the land of the Wurundjeri and Bunurong People of the Kulin Nation. I acknowledge First Nations People and their deep knowledge and continuing connection to land, spirit, culture, community and healing.
I pay my respect to Elders past present and emerging.

As we reside on this land as beneficiaries of dispossession I recognise Sovereignty was never ceded, I stand against the continual oppression of First Nations People and the land.
My practice is a consent based, trauma sensitive, body positive, neuroaffirmative practice. I welcome to the space any story our body may hold, as we do any culture, size, ability, sexuality or gender. I aim to meet you where your needs are at, working collaboratively with you. As a holistic practice this is a space for self inquiry and self development. Your health in your hands.
Bodywork is for every body. I believe in accessibility of bodywork for all.
