I would like to acknowledge that I practice on the land of the Wurundjeri and Bunurong People of the Kulin Nation. I acknowledge First Nations People and their deep knowledge and continuing connection to land, spirit, culture, community and healing.
I pay my respect to Elders past present and emerging.

As we reside on this land as beneficiaries of dispossession I recognise Sovereignty was never ceded, I stand against the continual oppression of First Nations People and the land.
My practice is a consent based, trauma sensitive, body positive practice. I welcome to the space any story our body may hold, as we do any culture, size, ability, sexuality or gender. We aim to meet you where your needs are at, working collaboratively with you to regain balance. As a holistic practice this is a space for self inquiry and self development. Your health in your hands.
Bodywork is for every body. I believe in accessibility of bodywork for all.
If you are in a marginalized position and require assistance please enquirer via email for information on sliding scale arrangements.
