Practitioner

My name is Bridget.

I was born and raised in the wilds of Lutruwita Southern Tasmania. I am lucky to call Naarm Melbourne my second home.

I found Shiatsu very much by accident through my undying curiosity for the possibilities of bodywork and a search for meaningful ways to use my hands. With the guidance of my teachers at the Australian Shiatsu College, I dived into the study of movement and therapeutic touch through the framework of Shiatsu.

Shiatsu embodies a depth and quality of touch that explores the ever expansive, sophisticated and at times complex experience of our bodies and how we meet each other and our environment.

Although my practice has evolved since 2017 to include a multimodal approach and my own unique methodology, Shiatsu remains the cornerstone of my learning and the foundation of my work.

In my practice I’m passionate about providing a safe and non judgmental space for all walks of life. I hope to see you soon!
